Srinagar, Apr 06 (KNO): The news agency Kashmir News Observer (KNO) regrets the inconvenience caused to a pharmacist Mohammad Salim Wani posted at Tangdhar in Kupwara due to an unverified news item carried under the headline ‘Pharmacist accused of corruption, absenteeism, Rs 20 lakh fraud’ on April 3. The news agency has initiated disciplinary action against the Reporter for filing the unverified news story. The KNO expresses remorse over the error. The news item stands withdrawn and cancelled
